Full Disclosure Policy for Luxury Resorts Thailand

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

Welcome to LuxuryResortsThailand.com (the “Website”). Transparency, trust, and integrity are the core foundations of our publication. We believe in providing our readers with the ultimate, honest guide to the finest premium accommodations, boutique retreats, and hidden luxury travel experiences across Thailand.

In accordance with consumer protection guidelines worldwide, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and global digital advertising transparency laws, this page serves as our official disclosure of how our business operates financially.

1. Affiliate Relationships & Referral Commissions

To keep our premier travel guides, expert property breakdowns, and on-the-ground field reviews 100% free to access, this Website relies on affiliate marketing networks for revenue.

When navigating our articles, review pages, destination itineraries, and media galleries, you will encounter outbound links pointing to external booking platforms, tour operators, and hospitality services (primarily including, but not limited to, Booking.com).

Please carefully review the operational parameters of these links:

  • Zero Additional Cost to You: Clicking any affiliate link or completing an accommodation booking through our site never increases your transaction price. You receive the exact same competitive rates, property perks, and seasonal discounts as standard public consumers.
  • Referral Tracking: If you click an affiliate tracking link and subsequently complete a verified reservation or booking, the partner platform pays Luxury Resorts Thailand a small percentage-based referral fee or commission.

2. Total Editorial Independence

Our website is supported by a dedicated team of five independent reviewers (including James Jordan) who evaluate properties based on strict internal performance standards. We maintain absolute separation between our revenue generation channels and our editorial scorecards.

Our golden rules for maintaining review authority include:

  • Unedited Scorecards: We do not accept financial compensation, cash payouts, or corporate kickbacks from luxury resorts in exchange for guaranteed positive reviews or artificial grade boosts.
  • Honest Field Appraisals: If a property underperforms regarding room privacy, beach quality, service consistency, or value for money, our reviewers are obligated to highlight those flaws transparently on their scorecards.
  • Independent Selection: We feature and review properties because our team genuine believes they provide value to luxury and active travelers, not because of potential affiliate payout sizes.

3. Third-Party Media & Intellectual Property

While our written evaluations stem entirely from real-world, on-the-ground guest testing, certain property layout metrics, structural graphics, and slideshow elements may utilize authorized press assets or digital imagery supplied via official partner media kits and affiliate program interfaces. We implement these high-resolution media resources solely to preserve precise visual accuracy and presentation standards for our readers.

4. Reader Responsibility

Travel landscapes shift rapidly. While our editorial team makes every effort to keep pricing data, travel times, trail conditions (such as the Hang Nak Mountain paths), and resort facilities up to date, Luxury Resorts Thailand cannot guarantee the permanent availability of specific rooms, menu items (such as specific regional dishes like Moo Ping), or localized resort staff.

We strongly advise you to double-check exact room layouts, booking values, and amenities on the physical reservation interface before executing your final booking transactions.

5. Questions and Contact

If you require any further clarification regarding our compliance mechanisms, affiliate tracking structures, or organizational privacy practices, please contact our administrative team directly through our Contact Us channel or via email at: info@luxuryresortsthailand.com.

Thank you for trusting our independent review team to help guide your next unforgettable Thai holiday.
